The sizing of the new Direct Fit Plus bulbs are as identical to Halogen sizing as possible. The H7 specifically is now compatible with most unique H7 retaining systems and headlights due to the new collar design and bulb size. The new Direct Fit Plus range uses premium cooling fans to help reduce heat stress on the LED by drawing chips cooler air into the bulb and past circuit board. This active cooling allows the Direct Plus bulbs to have a higher light output compared to the standard Direct Fit with its more passive TST cooling.
